Our Mini Tropézien is inspired by the petit-beurre LU, created in Nantes, by Louis LEFEVRE UTILE. In 1886, he imagined a « biscuit sablé Nantais », which could be eaten every day in a Mini version.
We wanted to keep this traditional French biscuit by adding a touch of Saint-Tropez!
Ingredients: T55 flour, salt, baking powder, butter, icing sugar, vanilla flavor.
