PHILIPPE GROUILLER
Philippe GROUILLER is a talented and passionate pastry chef with extensive experience in the industry. Currently, he serves as the Chef Pâtissier at La Biscuiterie de Saint-Tropez, where he has been delighting customers with his creations for over two years.
Prior to that, Philippe honed his skills as a pastry chef at renowned establishments such as La Tarte Tropezienne, Senequier, La Reserve de Beaulieu, and Restaurant Lasserre in Paris. With a career spanning more than two decades, Philippe's expertise and creativity shine through in every dessert or biscuit he creates.
